As we get older we acquire aches and pains in places we never thought of

Mine has been in my feet. My right for and ankle doesn’t have the dexterity it did 5-10 years ago. Most of the time I can’t even flex my foot.

This is a great helper with that. I can get a goood stretch and the pain seems to get a little better and I don’t weeble or wobble as much.

I get cramps in my calves, so I got this to better stretch them. It works well. It takes a minute to get used to getting your foot into it, but once you do, you have total control over how far you pull your foot forward and it feels great

You can use it for many positions to stretch and the long strap makes it good for that. I have not had any issues with it and it does help me reduce the cramps I have.

There are no instructions, but it’s pretty easy to figure out. Just make sure that you have it so that the part you pull on is on the underside so that you can pull toward you with some leverage.
